How much does team training cost?

Our team program prices are very competitive. The final cost is determined by many things including session and program duration, number of team members per class, and other factors. Because each team’s needs are unique, we don’t have a fixed price. A consultation is required before we can provide an estimate. Please contact us to book a consultation.

How do I pay and what forms of payment do you accept?

We accept cash and e-transfers. You may pay upon booking.

How do I sign up our team?

Please contact us for a free consultation and estimate and let us know your preferred training dates and times. We’ll let you know what time slots are available.

Where is team training provided? Where are you located?

Training is at Revolt Performance fitness gym in South Surrey. Our location is convenient to many parts of Surrey and White Rock. View a map and directions.

What types of sports teams do you train?

We train many different types of teams: baseball, basketball, hockey, soccer, football, rugby, lacrosse and more. Teams range in experience from weekend players to experienced league players.

How many team members can be in a session?

A typical session has 6-9 members. Smaller groups work best because team members get more individual attention and training is more focused. If you’d like many team members to attend training, we recommend dividing the team into two training groups.

Do we need to supply training gear and equipment?

All gym and training equipment is provided by Revolt Performance. We provide the space, resistance equipment (free weights, resistance machines, resistance bands), cardio equipment, and other training gear needed.

Do you offer training for adult and youth teams?

Yes, we train both adult and youth teams from many different sports.

Are there any age restrictions?

Minimum age of 12. No maximum age restriction.
