Group Fitness
Get fit and have fun in a small group fitness class! Our private, group classes ensure that each student gets needed attention and guidance.
Fitness Bootcamp
Bootcamp is a fun way to increase strength, stamina and confidence. Sessions employ HIIT, stretching, body weight exercises, and cardio.
Team Training
Our team training provides sport-specific strength and aerobic training, injury prevention, stretching, and team cohesion building.

Private Gym Benefits
Because our gym is private, clients get the attention they need and deserve from our trainers. 1-on-1 training and small group classes are exclusively for signed-up clients and not open for public drop-in. Our private facility means less distraction, more focused training, reduced “gym anxiety” or self-conciousness, and increased confidence.
